I work with anxious teens, overwhelmed adults, and exhausted moms who often feel like they’re not enough, whether it’s in their friendships, relationships, families, or as a parent. They keep pouring themselves into others, and into everything, but feel so empty and as if they’re not getting much in return. They have an inner critic that pushes them to do more, all while questioning the validity of their worth and others’ intentions.

From the chaos of teenhood to the messiness of adulthood, and for moms carrying the emotional weight of raising humans—I’m here to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that might feel a little lost right now. Together, we’ll make space for all the complexities of being human, be curious about the root of your experiences, unlearn old patterns, and build a sense of self that is more embodied and aligned. All of this at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
