I work with anxious teens, overwhelmed adults, and exhausted moms who often feel like they’re not enough, whether it’s in their friendships, relationships, families, or as a parent. They keep pouring themselves into others, and into everything, but feel so empty and as if they’re not getting much in return. They have an inner critic that pushes them to do more, all while questioning the validity of their worth and others’ intentions.

From the chaos of teenagehood to the messiness of adulthood, and for moms carrying the emotional weight of raising humans—I’m here to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that might feel a little lost right now. Together, we’ll dig beneath the surface, approach behaviors with curiosity, unlearn old patterns, and build sense of self that feels more aligned with who you truly are. All of this at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

You are not only a mother, you are human. And being human means there is struggle. Whether you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by the weight of parenting, or carrying guilt after lashing out at the people you love, I offer a space to slow down, share the thoughts often left unspoken, and find your way back to yourself.
